Our larger than life Coaches will help children improve their strength, balance and endurance while learning the boxing fundamentals in our Introduction to Boxing program. Boxers will also learn the important life lessons of disciple, respect, and commitment. This is an excellent way for children to stay active and healthy while having a lot of fun.

CHAMPION CHALLENGE (Dryland Training)
Ages 10 – 15
Our Coaches will help Athletes ages 10 – 15 improve their strength, conditioning, core stability, agility, and learn the boxing fundamentals. It will be a fun, explosive, and rewarding hour. Our goal is to elevate their physical and intellectual strength while building the inner confidence of each Champion.
Mondays 4:15pm – 5:15pm
Thursdays 4:00pm – 5:00pm
PA DAY CAMPS
AGES 8 – 13
With a Pizza Lunch included Campers ages 8 to 13 will train like a Pro for the day! Give your child the opportunity to improve their strength, conditioning, core stability, agility, and learn the boxing fundamentals with our larger than life Trainers. It will be a fun, explosive, and rewarding day.
